Step by step
- Make sure you have logged out of the game you were playing.
- Open the Withdraw screen on the platform.
- Check the bank details shown. They come from your registration and are not typed in again at withdrawal.
- Enter the withdrawal amount (K50 or more) and submit.
Rules that catch players out
- Rollover: a normal deposit needs 1x rollover. For example, deposit K50 and you need to wager K50 before that money is withdrawable.
- Bank details: your registered name must match your bank holder name. Set them correctly at registration.
- One account: 1 bank holder = 1 account only. A similar IP, device or bank can disqualify you and forfeit your credits.
- Bonuses: each bonus has its own maximum withdrawal and wagering rules. See the promotions page.
What maximum withdrawal means: you can receive the bonus, but the platform only pays out up to the maximum withdrawal shown. Any credit above it is forfeited, so a large headline bonus can pay much less.
